    Not at all! Our programs are beginner-friendly and designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re starting from scratch or getting back on track.

  • Can I switch plans later?

    Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime to match your needs—no hidden fees, no pressure.

  • Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

    Nope! All plans are billed monthly with no contracts. Cancel or change your plan whenever you need.

  • What is the Community Discord?

    It’s our private online space where Elevate and Thrive members can connect, ask questions, share wins, and attend exclusive monthly wellness events.

  • What if I miss my monthly meeting?

    No worries—just reach out to your Wellness Coordinator to reschedule! We’re here to support your journey, not add stress.
